Our Leonidas Chocolate Cafe is a sustainable retail concept in North America with clear success factors.  Many have tried and failed (Godiva closed all of their stores), but others are growing despite the chocolate seasonality.  We can offer you point-of-sale design, feasibility study and business consulting services to ensure that you are set for success and will also provide hands-on training. The Leonidas Chocolate Cafe will have two contracts; licensing agreement from Leonidas for chocolates only and a cafe concept from Douailly-Backman Holdings Corp.
